"We used enterprise Watertown while our car was being fixed. The store had no cars available on arrival, despite telling us there were earlier in the day. We waited for 4 hours for the car, when the car was finally delivered, the associate didn't do a full assessment or walk through with my wife who was also attending to my 3 week old daughter, so a crack on the windshield was missed. We drove and returned the car. The manager Shane Colegrove called me and insisted it was our fault, but didn't even know which of his employees was assigned to the car. They then filed a claim on my insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"I will never get a rental though any other company again. The vehicle was phenomenal even after we put a ridiculous amount of miles on it. The real MVP was STEVE. This man drove us onto a military post after we dropped off our rental and waited over a half hour to get a pass. Throughout this entire encounter, his care and professionalism were inpecable. Amazing."
