"Went through the drive-thru for shakes, long lineup that moved quickly, but you don't feel rushed when ordering. Great selection of drinks. Shakes are triple thick and flavourful. No issues with our order at all. Will be sure to visit again next shopping trip."
"Used the app took my money. Pulled into the stall could not check in. Hit button to talk with someone rudely told if I wanted to order to go through the driethru. They then Hung up on. The stall before I could say anything. Went through the drive thru told they did not have my order. They could not give me a refund or my food and to call the 1800 number. Where I was told 7 to 10 business days and they were sorry for the experience I had at the Watertown store."
"Husband and I went there yesterday. I didn’t order food but he got a hotdog with cheese and he said it was pretty gross. The wait took forever because they were only taking one order at a time and not getting the next one until the one in front was completely fulfilled. Hubby was feeling unwell pretty soon after eating the hotdog and now he has straight up food poisoning from it. He’s been feeling unwell since having it and now he’s been having diarrhea and vomiting all day."
"I don't understand why they're so slow, especially when there's nobody at any stalls and one car in the drive thru and I ordered ahead. It took me 15 minutes to drive here and still have to sot and wait. Whats the point of ordering ahead? Staff is unfriendly, so that makes it wven worse. Also the stalls are always "under repair" 2 workimg stalls....owners or corporate must have given up on this store...it's obvious. This will be the last time coming here."
