"We took our truck to this place before and they fixed it. Unfortunately our truck got stuck on the road near their shop months later at the end of December. Only this time around the experience was completely different. When our truck broke down, it was towed to their shop, and we waited for the mechanic to diagnose what the problem was. The issue was supposed to be under warranty, however they still charged a credit card that they had on file from our previous visit for payment without informing us! We had to call to find out what the determination was and then was told that they charged the card. No one even spoke to the card holder before getting authorization or knew if we even wanted to use the card that we had on file with them. To make matters worse, 1 hour after we left the shop with the truck, it broke down again for the same issue. However we were supposed to be okay with paying for a $1900 job on a truck that obviously wasn't successful. Now weeks later we are trying to get in touch with someone to explain to us how such a thing can happen! We left messages om 1/8 & 1//9. Till this day we have not received an apology or a way to work out what happened. Their only statement was to bring the truck back to the shop. We're 8 hours away from them! They know this. We had to have a dealer closer to our home base fix the truck which costs even extra to have it towed, and pay additional labor. this was a bad experience all around, which is too bad because the first time was good, but this will always leave a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go there again."
