"This is the place where I work and the part that my company has control of is quite nice. But the parts that are under the control of the tech park itself are run down and no care is given to those parts at all. There are fire doors that have huge gaps, so would not stop any air flow, water fountains that have standing, rusty, moldy water just sitting there, and that is only the tip of the iceberg. The tech park does not seem interested in doing any maintenance on the buildings."
