"Looking for an upscale, but comfortable room for your next trip to the Finger Lakes, look no further. This location is in the heart of Canandaigua on Main Street was perfect for a much needed night away. It’s not a full scale hotel, however a series of suites located in a historic building along Main Street. The suite was impeccably furnished, clean and comfortable! The exposed brick and historic pictures of the building and renovations added to the charm of the room. The bed was super comfy which made it easy to get a good nights rest. The attention to little details was much appreciated. They offer a small bar alcove that featured bottles of wine, champagne and cocktail mixers. There was also a plate of delicious cookies you could help yourself to. I especially loved the tasteful holiday decor in the room. The room was perfect for a cozy Winter night away! The room also housed a significant sized kitchen with an island. One could cook all of their meals if needed. There are also several restaurants in walking distance. It was a pleasure working with Danielle, one of the hosts. She was prompt at answering my questions and helping me deal with a last minute booking issue. It’s obvious the hosts have put much thought and beautiful detail into their space. We will definitely be back!"

"If you're going to visit Canadaigua, this is the place to go! The place is absolutely stunning, spotless, and just truly a 5-star experience. Danielle was incredibly accommodating, gave fabulous recommendations of where to eat, fun attractions, and even offered to create an itinerary for my husband and I! Her response time was within minutes if I ever had any questions, did daily check-ins asking if we needed anything and just seeing how our stay was going, and her instructions were so incredibly detailed and helpful. A true white-glove experience! Definitely will be coming back and have already recommended this to a handful of our friends! Thank you, Danielle!"

"The hotel is an absolutely beautiful mix of modern and vintage. I was so happy to find such a gem for my romantic weekend away! The rooms were immaculately clean and even smelled lovely. The kitchen was well furnished and the owner was so very helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several yummy restaurants and breweries and within about an hour of great hiking at Letchworth State Park and several vineyards, a cider house, and antique stores. You will not regret staying here!"

"We had an exceptional experience at 1892Hotel for a few days of cycling and exploring the craft breweries. We arrived tired and left completely refreshed. The beds are so comfortable and the furnishings are elegant. We had plenty of space to roll out a yoga mat and practice (that would not have been possible in a corporate hotel.) We had tea and watched the activity on Main Street while the sun set. It was really cool to stay in such a lovely historic building. Danielle was helpful in every way—she provided excellent local info and a seamless check-in/checkout. A pure five-star stay."
