"We’re here for work. Warm, friendly service and delicious food. I mean everything…from omelettes at breakfast to side veggies and crispy/light calamari at dinner and a great wine list."
"Stayed at the Conrad Downtown and had some dining credits to use. Service is a hit or miss. Service around 10p was fine. We were able to get table and received our food pretty quickly. However, breakfast on a Monday was extremely slow. Not sure if they’re unstaffed or didn’t expect the rush at 9am, service was slow. Had one 1 waiter for the whole restaurant. We asked for our bill with a buster and he told us our server will be with us… not sure why he couldn’t do this himself. Why not train these people who are just standing, cleaning and passing out food to close out bills and place orders to alleviate the need and service of the hardworking server Jose. Disappointed to notice we got dirty utensils yet again… thought it was just one time thing but nope. overall, the food was okay and priced reasonably given that is located in the hotel. Truffle fries was probably the best and would probably come back for those fries alone"
"Fantastic restaurant located in The Conrad downtown. Stopped by for a quick lunch…we had the Grilled chicken Paillard & the Cavatelli pasta. Service was top notch…a big thank you to our server José (from Madrid) who recommended we have coffee and dessert at Sant Ambroeus in the mall across the street…we topped off a fantastic lunch with a fantastic coffee date."
"Located in the Conrad, this hotel features high quality food and friendly staff. Their mushroom truffle pizza is small but extremely fresh with fantastic umami flavors. Their wings are giant, crispy, and perfectly tossed in sauce. Their breakfast with excellent with the best pancakes and fresh fruits and crispy potatoes. 100% worth eating here if you stay at this hotel as it is inside and is high quality."
