"I mean they are great but the prices for steep for spaying and neutering other exams and tests are absolutely reasonable. The mandatory booking fee though I understood but still $72 and i didnt appreciate a recheck exam fee and an added urgent care fee to a follow up when it should have been detected the first appt !!! But I’ve had nothing but great experiences other than the last time ! theyre great but make your appts because it’s like end of march if you tried today! They are amazing though and there’s never been a vet I’ve met I wouldn’t recommend!! In this area it’s best options but again for everything but cost me $892 to spay and to neuter so 1700 for 2 pets was steeeeeep but again you know your family’s in good hands and thats bc my pups are big but still lowest price was still around 400 to neuter just thought that was so much !!! Bring them here for ANY exams though seriously !!"

"I don’t know what to this place but it’s horrible no compassion for animals. I’ve taken all my dogs here for over 20 years . Time to find a new vet. Definitely do not recommend this place ."

"The receptionist an island rescue is very rude and not compassionate at all. I have a dog that’s 18 years old and very sick and they make the decision whether I can put the dog to sleep after 18 years this fat does nothing but take your money and drain you I wouldn’t recommend this vet to nobody and if I could’ve given them zero stars I would have but I had to give a one star and wanted to write my review so save your money and go to a good vet Banfield is excellent"

"The veterinarians and technicians that work here are wonderful people, and they really care about the animals you bring in to them. The front desk staff, however, are the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. I called three times now to get vaccination records to get my dogs nails clipped at a groomer, I don’t own a fax machine, and they said the first time they emailed it. the second time, they said I gave them a misspelled email, which I gave them every single letter slowly and clarified. this third time, the woman told me it was my fault because my email didn’t work, and was rude and told me it’s not her problem, and I’ll have to just get the groomers fax number. I then asked her if she meant my email or theirs, and she said “oh well ours then” and I asked how it was my fault, and tried explaining to her the email possibly got messed up again, and she cut me off and started giving me attitude about how if I didn’t have a fax machine, it wasn’t her issue. I hung up. These front desk people are so nasty all the time."
