"I just wanted to thank Dr.J for taking such great care of my girl. I had to bring her in for an emergency c-section after she delivered 5 pups and ran into issues . I called as I was on my way there hoping he would tell me yes bring her down (which he did) . The minute I got there, he got started right away and saved the remaining pups. You would never know this dog had a c-section. By the time I got her home she was absolutely fine never showing any signs from the surgery. Great office, couldn't ask for better !!!"

"I found a poor pup who was clearly lost and roaming the streets of Bay Shore. I picked him up and then called the Bay Shore Animal Hospital close to closing time for help/advice for next steps. Without hesitation, they told me to come on in! They scanned him for a chip but unfortunately he did not have one. They offered to keep him overnight as I was unable to keep him at my home. The staff clearly cared about animals and were so kind and comforting. Thankfully, we were able to reunite the pup with his owners the very next day!"

"Please don’t board your pet here unless u want to pay for ur dog to be mistreated. The worker is completely lost . The owner Steven D is completely nasty and hope this place closed down . The price is fair but they completely mistreated my dog. I boarded my dog thinking she was in good hands especially since she is on medication . The moment I pick her up I know something was wrong with her . But the dr clip her nails and looked at her while I was there. So I was thinking if anything was wrong the doctor would have noticed if something was wrong. Walking out of the place she was walking funny . BUT LIKE I SAID I TRUST THE PROFESSIONALS. Take her home she was completely thirsty as if they never gave her water. I noticed she was falling out I rushed her to near by vet she was losing oxygen and the veterinarian said she was dehydrated. They clearly never monitor my dog or gave her work. The had her a small cage where only thing she could do was turn around. The day I pick my dog up from them was her last day living . I hope this place burns down. They clearly is only open for the money"

"Dr Ditchik is a gem and a great veterinarian. I appreciate his warmth and candidness when discussing treatment for my poochie. This is the place to go if your best friend needs care. My doggie had to have multiple teeth take out ( due to age ) and they did a great job and even followed up with us days later. The staff is friendly, professional and empathetic."
