"This Petco is the best place to find all your pets supplies, and grooming needs. The manager Caitlin is sweet, caring, and very helpful. She took the time to explain everything I needed, and showed me different options. She has to be the life blood of that store. I actually left happier than when I walked in."

"I have been going back and forth trying to get my cats order to be approved. We have the prescriptions and spoke to our vet and everything is authorized. My cat is on a special diet and no one has been helpful. The system in which you use to have this completed is ATROCIOUS! Every single order has been cancelled and no one is able to understand why. Now I was told it’s my vets fault and they made me aware that is incorrect that your system is faulty and this happens often and it’s due to how you input information. And all your reps give incorrect information. I have been dealing with this for almost a month a half and have spoken to possibly 7 representatives and 1 supervisor all for this to still not be addressed. The lack of care for the animals coming from a pet store is sad and shows a terrible representation for your company."

Mo was the sales associate who helped us and he was so patient and knowledgeable. He gave us a whole education about our fish tank care and maintenance.
