"The slowest. They have like 2-3 people working at a time. I was in line for 20 minutes to pay for a box!! Then you have to make another line to drop off for Amazon and UPS, like the DMV in here. Maybe worse."

"Came to do the passport pictures and the most HORRIBLE customer service!!! Don't mind me, this was at 11:15am. No one acknowledge my interest for the pictures!!! I do not recommend this place!! I approached someone at the register after 20 minutes and she, who claimed to be the manager had the most nastiest of attitudes. I ended up leaving the place because of the rudeness. I really do hope that she was NOT the manager. It's very clear that this place only survives due to Amazon returns!"

"Staples is truly a paradise for stationary enthusiasts like myself. The location on Baychester Avenue provided an extensive selection of office and school stationaries, along with various accessories. While it may be smaller in size compared to the stores in Manhattan, I still found the offerings at this branch to be quite impressive. Although the collection of poster colors was not as extensive and diverse, I still greatly appreciated the available options. It is worth noting that the office chairs in this store are priced higher than the average market rate. However, I was satisfied with the assortment of gaming chairs they had on display, which met my requirements and preferences."

"If you visit this location expecting the level of service portrayed in their TV commercials, you will be sadly disappointed. When I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 meeting with the store manager, the store was a virtual ghost town. If a team member was not behind a counter assisting a customer you would not be able to identify them as a store employee. No one was wearing a name badge or the signature red Staples tee shirt. I was dressed in a sport jacket and tie so one customer mistaken me for a store employee. The customer was hoping to purchase a physical copy of the Windows OS and couldn't get anyone to assist them. This was not the Staples I knew and loved from years prior. Maybe it's time to bring in AI powered robots. By the way, the store manager never showed up for my 9:30 interview. Thanks for making my mind up for me...I wouldn't be a good fit. I still believe in the importance of maintaining a good corporate image, customer satisfaction and I dislike mediocrity."
