"In this staple store they give bad customer service. Today I was trying to buy one of their products and the lady who helped me, I guess it was the manager, in an arrogant way, asked me to wait for someone to attend to me and she never sent someone to help me while she attended to clients who arrived after me, despite this incident, I bought what I needed but I left with a very bad experience"

"The service here is so bad, the people working here are only missing to drool. The two women attending us at the print station - oh my gaaaddd - dragging their feet, putting a face on like they doing me a favor…very rude, very slow, and they don’t know how to print properly and efficiently. A woman wasted a whole plot of paper, meaning she printed 3 prints she could have put into one plot under the excuse that “they don’t do that there” - meaning they don’t do extra effort of making a proper file size and accommodating the images into it. So lazy, it’s a shame to humanity to see people like this.. Completely incompetent. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else."

"I was displeased and devastated by what I was subjected to while at this particular location. The Manger, Mohamed was not only unprofessional but rude as well and I felt humiliated. His store was not only unsanitary but he lacks professionalism . I had to send a multi page fax not only were three out of the five fax machines were broken it was short of staff, as I was waiting I wanted to sit down as the line was long and I am elderly, the seats in the computer area were not only unsanitary they were ripped to shreds! Omg it was frightening and it was apparent the chairs were not ungraded in years and the seats were so bad they were not even fit for a homeless person. The only saving grace was I had a wonderful sales associate by the name of Vera who assisted me. My paperwork was bent and it had difficulty going through but as she was placing the documents in the computer. Not only was the manager He screamed over to her in a loud voice “ The machine won’t take those crumpled up papers . I was very embarrassed. Well, I. am here to let you know Vera worked with me and each of my 12 pages went through. To you Staples I say this store would be better suited if you had a manager, who was not only professional and was well versed in customer service, but one who is sensitive when it comes to Seniors because chances go around and you would want someone like Vera to assist your elderly family Members. Shame on you and your poor Managerial style. I suggest you take a page out of Vera’s book, patience is a virtue which you Mohamed need to learn!"

"Worse managed Staples I have been in a while . Employees talking to customers about personal life whilst letting people skipped the line,. Waited 20 min on the line and then when it was my turn a white came knowing the cashier and they started dealing with some past receipts, I walked away without buying my items, I mean I literally was front of cashier and cashier had my items on her hand. Whatever, I saved 29.99 I guess."
