"We have a Husky German Shepherd Mix which makes for not the easiest bath time, but Theo was so calm the whole time here and loved it! The automatic shampoo and conditioner was super convenient and the flea rinse was definitely a nice bonus which I haven’t seen at other self serve pet washes."

"Called to see if we could do haircuts owner was super nice and said we could as long as we cleaned up and told us where we could! Very clean and super nice. Shampoo and conditioner smells very nice and the dryers work super well plenty of towels and things to use even an area to play with the dogs with a basket of toys! Super cheap 17$ and if you need more time only 3$ more to extend it."

"We tried it for the first time tonight. Will definitely be going back. It’s clean, easy to use and everything you need is right there. I do recommend two people if possible, then one can be washing and manage the pup while the second manages the hose and settings, etc. Pro tip, you don’t need to use your minutes to dis infect (final step) because it will let you do that at the end even if you are out of time! We brought a few extra towels since they ask you to only use two. Our dog loved it too! There were even some did treats there to reward a good puppy!"

"I brought my 2 dogs there. I really loved that they have cages around each washing station. My one dog gets over excited to see new people and dogs, so it's nice to feel secure in the cage. It's so nice that you don't have to bring anything with you, everything is supplied there. The soap and conditioner smell nice and works well. A few comments I have is that the water was kind of cold, it never heated up. I also wish there was a bath matt in front of the wash station. It gets really slippery for the dogs because the cement floor gets wet. But I will just bring one next time. But still over all a great experience."

"Amazing experience! I have a Samoyed and my groomer recently closed her business. Met the owner, SUPER nice and friendly. We chatted almost the whole time we were there. He kindly walked me through everything and it was really easy to use and my puppy smells wonderful! Thank you for bringing this to Rochester!"
