"Just walked in and asked what I do about algae in a very small pool. The guy there didn't try to sell me any gimmics or anything special... Told me exactly what to do and then brought my order out to my trunk! I'll go back here for anything!"
"Came in with a "new home owner" issue with my pool that we inherited from the previous owners. The staff pointed me to the "miscellaneous parts" bin to find something that might help. Another staff member was of better assistance, but they ultimately did not have what I needed. Leslie Pools had what I needed. American Pool Supply does have a good selection of pool items and chemicals."
"Needed some pool equipment, so I decided to try this place out. When I got home the equipment I purchased was damaged. Took the equipment back the next day, and explained what happened. It was insinuated that I damaged it. Not a good first visit."
"Beware!!! I stopped by the store and while waiting in line saw the woman at the cash register get into an argument with a customer who was checking out. She kept yelling at him and he was apologizing but she eventually wouldn’t sell him anything and kicked him out. Several other customers stood up for the man and were yelled at by her and then several others like myself walked out. The store was busy and short staffed but also had several young kids under ten in the store staring on in horror as this was Happening. Sad to watch this happen."
