"10/10 These folks helped me out with a new-to-me hot tub. In one day I had new water in there and I was able to use it that night. Even though I knew nothing, they were very patient and super helpful. They taught me everything I needed to know. It's in a perfect location for when I'm doing errands in Webster. The prices for the spa chemicals are very reasonable. Free water tests and they give you a rundown of what the results mean. I'll be back through the winter for sure"
"Brought photos of my pool needs to get my pump running and was sold items that did not fit. They did say to bring the items back. Was trying to solve my issue in one visit. Staff was very helpful. Just sold me the wrong items."
"Bought a pool from Ace very helpful until it was installed. After that good luck, purchased a package with a frog system and the one I received was undersized for my pool so I don't save on chlorine like they are intended. The contractor the gave the installation to was as a pleasure until there was a problem and now they can not be reached. Spoke to Ace they said they would take care of everything but that was weeks ago. Once they have your money you do not count anymore. Better off buying online and finding your own installers or do it yourself."

"My wife and I purchased a pool this summer from ACE and I have to say this store prides itself on great customer service. Brian took care of us and continues to do so as first time pool owners. If I ever have had a question about the pool he gets back with a very informative/useful response in a very timely fashion.
