"This store is an absolute disgrace. I asked for a specific wine. The employee bagged it and gave it to me, I paid her and when I got home, I realized she sold me a totally different wine. I drove back to the store and was told there are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The owner was very rude and condescending telling me that I should have checked the wine before I left the store. How about your employee check what she hands to clients??? Absolutely disgusting attitudes, terrible customer service! Don’t patronize this business!"
