"Limited selection, but very good prices. The service is always very friendly too. Wild Orchid Wines and Spirits has become my go-to wine shop in my Flatbush neighborhood. Unlike some wine shops nearby, there's never been any fights or drama amongst customers versus cashiers (at least when I've walked into the store). My only suggestion would be that they get another cooler... most of the wine you can buy isn't chilled, which is fine if you don't plan on drinking that night but a minor nusiance if you want to drink the wine soon after purchasing. PS: Nigel and Nigel are super nice! Family owned and run store!"
"Utilized their services through Mini Bar and what can I say? It was simple and seamless. When I felt the order was taking longer than it should, I rang up the store and the man kept it short, simple and professional. I recommend using them through Mini Bar. It's an easy service and honestly, how can anyone get this wrong? I ordered 2 bottles of Sutter Home Chardonnay."

"If I could give this store no stars I would! My liquor store was not open so I decided to go to them and they were just a bad experience. My cousin accidentally bought the wrong thing so I went back with my cousin and the liquor. I did not ask for a refund I just wanted to exchange and pay my difference. The man gave me such a hard time and told me that he can’t do that. I then asked for the owner and he said he was not going to call the owner for a situation that’s minor but I did not think this was minor I felt like I should’ve been able to swap and PAY my difference! He said if I wanted the owner I should come back after 6pm and I told him this is ridiculous. This is why you stick to your stores!"
