"After a few rough years of injuries and after contemplating the benefits of purchasing a hot tub, we found ourselves in the market. Not knowing exactly what we wanted or needed and hesitant to make the leap, we followed the advice of a family member who lead us right to crystal clear. We made the stop and talked to Pete, he explained to us the differences and laid out some options. We came home, not wanting to settle on the first one we saw, went to another business and after a disappointing experience there went right back to where we started. We met Jim that day, he was phenomenal. He listened to our needs, our concerns and addressed them. We talked about maintenance and upkeep, he even came to the house and pre measured the route and space to ensure a great fit. We are very pleased with our new hot tub, our kids love it and both Jim, Pete and the rest of the staff were pleasant and accommodating ! Thank you so much for all your help! "Love our new tub. We had a little trouble on start up. The owner gave us his cell number on delivery and said "call when you're setting it up if you have any questions" After he kindly walked us through trouble shooting on New Years day, it ended up being an unplugged wire on the control board. We highly recommend them, quality tubs, amazing owners and service is second to none!"

"We just bought a spa and had it delivered by John and Pete from the Cicero store. Install on Friday was great but had some issues with start up and we diagnosed together over the phone and John showed up Saturday morning and discovered a ground came loose in transport. All is well and I’m very happy with the service. We will definitely use the crew again."

"I was in need of a new pool liner and found myself connecting with Crystal Clear Pools & Spas. They were happy to schedule me for a liner replacement, which came as soon as the weather permitted. As a first-timer at this, I did some research beforehand to get an idea of what I should be expecting to pay, and the price I was quoted was what I had expected to hear. The new liner was put in on a Friday, and we had to wait for the pool to fill a bit with water before cutting the holes for the skimmer basket and return jet. I did have to call back on Monday to get them out to finish that up, but they came the very next day and took care of it. I am overall quite pleased with my experience and will be a returning customer next time I have need of pool maintenance I can't handle myself."
