"I needed a new pool pump and my pool opened. At first I was delighted I could get an appointment so quickly, I let them know that my old pump was removed by another pool person and it was not in my possesion.I was assured that they had all the parts needed to install the new pump and get everything running. I sent photos of my pump/filter setup as asked, and again was assured everything was good. Come the install day and I was told that vital parts were missing (which they didn't have on their truck) and the install could not be completed. The pool cover was removed, and I was able to get the needed pieces later that day from the previous pool man. I contacted CCPS and asked when they could come back to finish the pump installation. I was not given a clear answer, I then called the following day and raised a bit of ire with them, and finally Jim showed up and finished the install, but did nothing as far as treating my pool. Very dissapointed with the lack of service and foresight."
