"Went to the McKinney location. Although I love going there I had a return and was treated poorly by at least three of the staff. Questioning me like I was doing something wrong. Then the mgr looked at me and my product like she didn't want to deal with me and clearly huffed. Then the next mgr did the override with an attitude making me feel like I was a inconvenience. How dare your people treat me like I am nothing. It's very ridiculous. I understand verifying but come on I spend a lot of money and time there."
"Great place to shop for craft supplies and home decor and there are always various sales going on. Prices are sometimes great, sometimes not so great so compare with other stores if you are looking for something in particular. We usually spend a good 45 minutes just wandering around each time we go. The staff are great for the most part."
