"I dropped off a ring to be re-sized a few weeks ago. I have called 5 times for an update and stopped by the store front twice with absolutely no response from the owner. They had a sign on the front door the second time I stopped saying the business would be closed for weeks. I called again today as this is the day the sign said they would reopen. When I called, she picked up the phone and then hung up. She still has my ring and won't return a call or provide a status update."
