"I found what I needed. Store was clean & easy to find what I was looking for. No wait in line and cashiers very helpful and friendly."
"Came in to ask for some prints (9 pages total). First man came up to me cut me off before I could even finish and screamed to go to self service. Ok. I could not figure out self service and asked the man for help. Another person came up to me and was very condescending and ran off. I asked if I could please pay them to print the copies (9 total black and white) he told me it would be $25. I asked if he could at least help me with the machine and was talked down to the entire time before I thanked him and walked out. I have never seen such rude and unreasonable people in my life. This store has the worst employees now (I have been going for several years without issue) but after how I was treated this time I will not be returning."

"I went into this store to drop off a FedEx package and the manager told me his system was down and that he can take it but when I asked him to give me something in writing that I dropped off the package with his name on it he got upset and was a total jerk.i was also there too buy my son and daughter new laptops but his attitude stunk so bad you couldn’t pay me to take anything from that store.I will stick with the UPS store next door for shipping and I bought the laptops online from their competition .This company feels as if they can’t fall or go bankrupt..They should take lessons from GM and Sears.Me and my children vow to make our voices heard by setting up a protest right outside that store..I would name the manage but I blame his bosses..I was there on 12/8/23 at 4:55pm."
