"Impatient, rude professionals who don’t deserve to have the title of a professional. Called to consult about my case to who I assumed were “professionals” and what did I receive ? Nothing but responses of why am I calling and why I should consult with them. My questions weren’t making sense to him when I explained everything in the clearest way possible and wanted to give him my case file but he did not want to receive it because he just didn’t care. Got hung up in the middle of a sentence. Don’t put your trust into these phony professionals."
