"Came in for what was supposed to be a free consultation and gave a 400 dollar deposit as a retainer for work i told him i may not need done depending on if my probation officer decided to violate me or not. Months later i reached out to him asked him to please refund the money because i was never violated and was told that he spent too much time working on my case so i was not entitled to a refund. How if i was mever violated and the consultation was free? I even offered him to keep 250 of it which he said during the time of me asking for w refund was his fee for a consultation lol which i clearly wouldnt have went in for if i would have known Would not recommend him."
