The showroom has many types of hot tubs on display, including 1 or 2 that you can actually test out (has hot water and jets on). They also have outdoor barbecue/grill setups and pizza ovens. Very friendly staff, not pushy with sales. They are there to educate you."

"We had a great experience here with Ken back in Jan. Fair pricing and we have been enjoying our hot tub almost every night since January. Our hot tub had a minor issue with the cover (plastic clip) broke during a storm. Ken had sent someone over to fix it quickly. The chemical system is so simple with our spa and low maintenance. Highly recommend checking them out during your search. Also I recommend googling Hot tub University. I used that website to narrow down to two brands that were highly rated and for various reasons. Masters, artesian and bullfrog were what we came down to. We shopped at four other stores but Costello’s was 1. A family business 2. Fair pricing 3. Had the two brands we were looking for (Artesian, bull frog) models in our price range. Seamless delivery too."
