"This location has been getting consistently worse over the last year. A child could do a better job of answering the phone. You would think that a national chain would have training in place to deliver great customer service. Only one person at this location has been consistently polite and helpful, and that person is named Terry. So you should learn from Terry!!"
"I always receive calls and texts that my prescriptions ready for pick up. Upon showing up only half are ready and they tell me to come back 1/2 later. This almost seams to be the norm hence why I'm writing a negative review. I guess I'll give CVS a try"

"Still a completely useless store. I wish this place would just close and allow another pharmacy to open that knows how to manage a pharmacy. Rude staff that somehow can’t do the very useless job of adding pills to a bottle correctly. How do you even employ such an incompetent staff. Hope this is a job that robots replace because that’s about the level of interaction you currently receive."
"The worst customer service ever.I usually buy apple gift cards there for apps that I’m using for my certifications. I go there today 3/25 and purchase a gift card and when I entered it in, it tells me it’s not valid fine could be it didn’t read it via camera app so I manually enter it in same thing. I call apple and they tell me the card isn’t activated. I go back to the store receipt in hand and card I talk to the store “manager” and she takes the card from me like I’m lying and says that there is a zero balance on the card and that there is nothing she can do. It was for 15 dollars not a whole lot of money but still, I paid for it in your store and there is nothing you can do…please.they gave me a gift receipt with it so what’s the point of a gift receipt then. Don’t buy gift cards from them they like taking your money."
