"We hired Pool-Fection to install an in ground pool last summer after interviewing several pool companies. We felt their design and pricing were best. The company owner, Joe was great to work with. He was involved with the project from beginning to end. He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and delivered a great quality pool on time. As I am not very familiar with pools and not mechanically inclined, I've had some difficulty figuring out how to work some features with the pool and spa. Joe has answered each call and has even visited my home on two separate occasions this year to give me some instruction. Once at 8:00 PM because he knew I was having people over the next day. Coincidently, a friend was having an in ground pool installed by another company. at the same time at the same time. (I suspect one of the larger companies) His experience was much different. I could tell from the construction that Pool-Fection's pool was better built. Joe's guys used thick concrete instead of metal for the walls. There were more returns, skimmers and lights. The pool equipment was better, as well. The idea of getting an in ground pool installed was nerve racking. After doing some research and reading some horror stories, I was even more concerned. But, my wife and kids really wanted one so I went ahead and did it. I couldn't; be happier with my choice. Everything has worked out perfectly and I can't believe the process was as stress free as it was."
