"Our dog, Bear, stayed at Spoiled Rotten Pet Spa many times over the past 4-5 years. We took him to other kennels when we first adopted him, but after his first stay at Spoiled Rotten, it became his “home away from home”. This kennel has a limit for the number of borders so the staff can be more attentive and we noticed many positives when dropping Bear off and picking him up. We could tell he was well taken care of. Kelly, Bailey, and the other staff members would always give us a summary of his stay and let us know of any fun stories or concerns they had about him. Kelly would also inform me to book ahead in the Summer (even tentative dates) to ensure Bear would have a spot during the busy seasons. Bear would run to the door when we arrived for drop off with his tail wagging. Even in his old age, he could not contain his excitement to be with his friends. We are so grateful for this wonderful place. Thank you for loving our fur baby. Although he has passed on (thank you for the sympathy card), we hope to meet again.
