"Alden Pools installed our inground pool this summer and they delivered our hot tub in the spring. They were amazing to work with every step of the way. The installers were all incredibly professional and did a great job keeping us up to date on the process and answering all of my questions. Every time I go into the shop the staff are outstanding. They go out of their way to help, and ensure that you have the supplies you need to keep everything working and they do it with a smile. We work mostly with Matt, one of the owners, who has been absolutely incredible. Always there to answer questions or offer advice on how to maintain our pool. He coordinated everything from financing to closing. When we had an issue with our pump he had someone come out the next day to fix it. Alden pools is a small company that goes out of their way for their customers and genuinely cares that they have a good experience. They have been a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a pool or hot tub."
