"There's a rude night shift worker there. I don't know her name but she has dark hair. I was cashing out with her and she threw my change at me. I was nice to her the whole time and she's always rude to my friends too whenever they're there. This cashier ignores people, throws money at customers and serves old food. Just disgusting customer service."

"I will never stop at this location again. The last time I stopped in the slushy machine wasn't working. Tried again on July 15, 2023 I stopped in for a snack & some drinks before heading to Darien Lake. There wasn't any sandwiches, pickles, yogurts, or anything in the Grab N Go, just a sign that read See Cashier. Also candy bars at the register covered in a thin layer of dust on the bottom shelf. I tried to used my app that had a deal. Buy any size slushy and get a bag of Sour Patch Kids for $3. So I had a small Cookies & Cream hot beverage, a medium slushy and a bag of Sour Patch Kids. The total didn't changed. I showed the male cashier the app and he said "There's nothing I can do on the register, try applying it to the app" I was using the app and it said scan to activate at the register. He really upset me bc he kept saying that and how it wasn't his fault even as I was out the door! I finally said while holding the door open "I did what it asked, I can read just fine!" There's one thing I hate more than ignorance is redundancy, I heard you the first time! It's my money I have had a right to be upset. If it was for me I would have put it back. FYI instead of yelling it's not your fault use emphty it would have helped the situation. Or even reading the app to help the customer find the right item to activate the coupon."
"The female night shift employees' customer service is absolutely the worst. If she doesn't like dealing with customers in a friendly professional manner then why ia she working in retail? I read a review posted 7 months that a customer wirh a service dog qas was refused services. I bet it was thw same employee."
