"I recently had a truly disappointing experience with Smokers Choice in Oswego. I purchased a THC disposable, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. First and foremost, the product barely produced any smoke, making me question the quality of the materials used in its construction. I expected a smooth and enjoyable smoking experience, but instead, it felt like I was trying to suck the life out of a broken straw. To make matters worse, the THC disposable didn't even deliver the high I was hoping for. (I don't smoke often, one hit would do me justice). It's no secret that we buy these products with a certain expectation in mind, and this one fell far short. The lack of potency was astounding, and it left me feeling like I had thrown my hard-earned money down the drain. But the problems didn't end there. The oil inside the disposable was extremely thin, which further raised doubts about its quality. It's almost as if the manufacturer diluted it to stretch their profits, leaving customers like me feeling cheated and unsatisfied. Hoping that this was just a defective unit, I went back to the store to KINDLY explain my situation and request an exchange or refund. To my dismay, the female owner at Smokers Choice seemed utterly uninterested in resolving my issue. I patiently explained the problems I had encountered with the product, but they offered no solution and seemed more interested in brushing me off, which left me extremely stressed. Thinking that maybe the disposable was dead and needed more time on the charger, I left it there for an extended period. However, even after that, there was absolutely no change in its performance. To make matters even more frustrating, I decided to share my experience with one of my friends who is a frequent cannabis user. I gave him the same THC disposable from Smokers Choice, and he had the exact same complaints. He too found that the disposable didn't produce enough smoke, leaving him perplexed and unsatisfied. And just like me, he was left wondering about the quality of the product. Furthermore, he confirmed that the THC disposable failed to provide the high he expected. This wasn't a matter of individual tolerance; it was clear that the product simply didn't live up to its promises. It's clear to me that Smokers Choice in Oswego does not value customer satisfaction. Their subpar products, and apparent disregard for their customers' concerns have left me feeling disappointed. Save your money and seek out a more reputable establishment (Oswego Smoke'N Shop by Lowe's) where your needs as a customer are genuinely valued!"
