"$$$$$ and terrible billing department. I took my 5 & 7 yo couple months ago for a check up and was shocked to receive $2000 bill. If you have a high deductible insurance think twice before going here. Let me start with the positive, staffs were friendly, clinic was clean and Dr. Goldsmith was great with kids. However, the cost and billing department is terrible. As a reference, I'll list the cost they are charging us (In-network pricing) My 7yo child TOTAL $1463 $500 physician fee ( charging for 45 min office visit event hough my daughter only saw the doctor for 15-20min, I have called and complaint but haven't heard back from them) Comprehensive hearing test $158 Tympanometry $61 $740 Nasal endoscopy ( Dr. Goldsmith said he wanted to see deeper in the nasal, it took few minute including preperation I wish he would have warn me how expensive this was) My 5 YO child TOTAL $ 477 $209 Physitian fee Hearing & auditory exam $237 Tympanometry $30 After $2000 they found nothing wrong!! On top of the cost, the billing department is top notch incompetent. They found my old address from somewhere in the system ( never been to the practice before and the old address was not on my ID) they kept sending bills to my old address even after calling and correcting the address. Finally, after 3 calls they were able to update my address, guess what? They still sent another statement to my old address, just unacceptable. Whats even worse, without sending any statement to my correct address, they sent it over to COLLECTION. The billing department has been nothing but a pain in the butt. "The Doctor told me my son didn’t need his tonsils & adenoids removed even both were swollen and my son sleeps sitting up. Went to get a second opinion and the doctor couldn’t believe what I had been told. He needs them removed asap"
