"Waited 40 minutes for a fairly big order. Left an entire meal out. Came back and had to wait another 20 minutes. A whole hour of standing in burger king doing nothing and unlike their employees I didn't get paid to do nothing."

"Drive-through cashier was overwhelmed by the two cars in line. They forgot my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks which were not very hot. A cheeseburger was. No napkins in the bag."

"Horrible! Tried to stop in for an afternoon snack in drive thru. Speaker was not working and sign said to pull forward. I was in line for ten minutes without moving. When able I pulled around and decides to go in. Kiosks were not connected and staff would look at me but not say a word or take order. Just walked out happy I didn't spend money there."

"Waited 10 mins for large fries and a rodeo cheeseburger, watch it get made at least twice but never got one. Finally got mine as my friends food was getting cold waiting for me as we were taking to go. We get back to his place and I had a double cheeseburger!! He somehow had my rodeo cheeseburger and he never got his bacon cheeseburger but I traded my double for the rodeo lol! Quite the evening it was. I will say my fries were hot and fresh and that's why I gave 4 stars for food. Although my buddy wasn't fortunate enough to have fresh fries."

"Stopped for breakfast in the drive thru. Had a small mishap with my sandwich so I went into the restaurant. Madison was very professional. She took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what happened. My sandwich was exchanged. She was friendly and courteous. I was very pleased and will come back!"
