"We had picked out a rug to have cut to alter the size. I was told that there was no problem with that. The money was taken out if my account and several days later I was told that I needed to co E to the store. When I got there I was told that it would be difficult to cut and keep the edges straight and I said that I understood that. For an hour and a half we talked about this. They said they would ship it to the person that would do the work for his opinion and they would call me that next Monday when it arrived. Wednesday I still hadn't heard from them (remember that they took my payment for it a week and a half before this). When I then called, they told me that it had never even been sent to the person who would cut it. Someone was told to call me and tell me they can't cut it. Very disappointed!!!!"
