East Coast Rheumatology, located at 524 Old Country Road in Plainview, New York, is a patient-centered institution specializing in Rheumatology care. Our team of Rheumatologists provides advanced treatment for Osteoporosis, Arthritis, and Rheumatologic Muscular Diseases to residents in and around Plainview & Garden City. Our facility includes an on-site lab and an in-house infusion center for the convenience of our patients.

We offer diagnostic ultrasound exams and ultrasound-guided procedures to assist with early diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal pain and disorders. Our musculoskeletal ultrasound services are fast, non-invasive, and radiation-free, providing accurate diagnosis and treatment options for conditions such as arthritis, bursitis, and gout.

At our in-house infusion center, we provide IV Therapy for rheumatological and autoimmune conditions. Our highly experienced nurses and assistants work alongside our doctors to ensure quality infusion services in a comfortable environment with amenities such as reclining chairs, wifi, and Netflix.
