"The employees doing the mammograms & sonograms are very nice. The facility is newly renovated & clean. I was scheduled for 9:15 & signed in when I arrived early, as requested. I had previously completed the forms online, attaching copies of my license, Insurance card & scripts. It wasn’t until I inquired about my insurance approximately 20 minutes later that my appearance was acknowledged. I wasn’t taken into the back until an hour after my appointment time. This is disrespectful of my time & the others waiting."

"Horrible Horrible experience in Lenox!! I got a urinary tract infection after the vaginal sonogram. The woman who conducted it had touched my urethra with a lot of gel and somehow burned my urethral meatus ( the angle to get in my vaginal was weird). I was in serious pain after the exam and need to take pain killer. In addition to that before the exam I needed to drink 32 oz. of water and hold the urine for one hour. They didn’t let me do the ultrasound first. Instead, they let me do a knee exam. When I mentioned it to the knee conductor, she said, "So, you need to go out and wait again." Very thoughtless and unprofessional! PS. BTW the lady who conducted the 3 D mammogram was great!!!"

"The Plainview location of Lenox Hill Radiology has the most considerate and caring staff. I didn't get the name of the lovely lady who checked me in, but she made my check-in seamless. Thank you for that. The ultrasound technician, Danielle was simply amazing. I am very nervous about getting testing done. However , Danielle made me feel very comfortable. She is such a personable lady. Thank you for making this a comfortable experience!"

"I changed my original appointment which was closer to where I live and I made it for the Plainview office because I wanted an appointment sooner. Although it took an hour and 15 min in traffic from the Bronx to the Plainview office, it was well worth the drive. My tech Tracy was amazing, comforting, funny and kind. She knew I was nervous and put me at ease. She is definitely worth the drive. Wish I had a Tracy in every doctors office!"
