A front desk worker thought she ended the call with me, when in fact I was still on the line and heard her talking negatively about myself and my health to other staff members after refusing to schedule an appointment for me. The doctors are great but the staff is truly the worst I’ve ever dealt with (I have 25 doctors and deal with staff every day)."

"Good luck trying to get in contact with anyone. Three calls a day with voicemail over several weeks and no call back... Office staff has a tendency to be rude and consistently makes mistakes with regards to billing and insurance. All of this has only added stress on top of a complicated situation and I have never seen a medical group so unprofessional"

"Very happy and comfortable with the care and assistance I have received from Dr. Jeffrey Caruso D.O and the office staff. Always greeted with a smile, never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The ladies who work the check-in desk are pleasant and schedule appointments very well. On the rare occasion a visit needs to be changed, they do so with understanding. Dr. Caruso has never rushed his patient time with me, be it a full annual physical or just a follow-up. Every phone call is returned either by a nurse or by Dr. Caruso himself within a day. An online visit was accommodated early on during COVID, with the same courtesies as an in-person visit. His nurse and assistant staff are efficient and so nice. I switched to this practice over 10 years ago on the recommendation of a friend and so glad I did. :)"
