"I am leaving this negative review because all the times (out of 3) I encountered problems in this clinic. I made a special appointment with a Russian-speaking doctor, whom I asked only for two things: to check and take blood tests, and to give a referral for a breast ultrasound. As a result, when I went for an ultrasound, it turned out that they wanted to do an ultrasound of my stomach (it doesn’t bother me). I had to go to another clinic and ask for a referral there. For the third time, I was made an appointment with the same Russian-speaking doctor, specifically to him since I do not speak English well. I saw him at the clinic, but another woman doctor who did not speak Russian saw me. They called me the day before to confirm my appointment, but they did not inform me that another doctor would see me. I lost so much time because of their irresponsibility and indifference! I will never go to this clinic again and I don’t recommend it to others. I'm not even talking about how the clinic is not tidy (the chairs in the waiting room could have been replaced, that's what your clients see first of all!)"

"Worst medical office I have ever been to! Professionalism does not exist at this office. It was heartbreaking to see all the older patients waiting there as if they had no other choice. Appointment times are not honored by more than 45 minute wait time. They have signs posted all over stating that having one’s phone on speaker is rude yet they do not acknowledge you when you enter and when you have a question. They are absolutely rude as a collective at the front desk- speaking with one another and disregarding the patient. They also have signs up letting patients know they will be charged a $10 fee for forms they have to fill out. Absurd never heard of charging an extra fee for doing what’s in their job description. The place feels like a sham! If you have older parents DO NOT send them to this location. They will spend the entire day there and possibly end up not receiving the care they truly need."

"This place is horrible they lie and lie had me going round in circles about a medication I use that is life or death been calling for a week and a half lied said it was refills there is not doctor won't be in until Tuesday when the holiday is over so that pushes me into a walk in clinic where I'll have to pay $40 to $80 bucks to get refills for the medication I need. Never again. Don't waste your time ...."

"Both Dr. Reyes and Dr. Rosenburg are professional, reassuring and kind. As a native New Yorker with Medicaid, I have never received such amazing medical service as I have in this office. The rest of the staff is also delightful and the office itself is calm & clean. Highly recommend!"
