"They don’t answer their phones. They set an appointment for you and when you show up on time or early you will still be waiting over 2 hours just to be seen. The system here is outdated, and very limited service and help. If you schedule an appointment here come 2 hours before the actual time because by the actual time hits that’s when you would be seen. I call to get a refill on my INSULIN and it takes them over a WEEK TO REFILL IT WHEN IM A DIABETOC WHO NEEDS THE MEDICINE TO LIVE. It’s absolute disgusting the way they service people. Honestly wouldn’t recommend, people only come here due to the location not the service."

"Overwork and micromanages a lot. When I worked there, Dr. Ahmed called me on my day off and demanded I work on insurance paperwork and I HAD to do it. I reminded him it was my day off and that I will not do the work until my next work day. He basically got mad that I won't work for free. I simply just waited until the next time I am at the office to do the work. Also, he conveniently "works from home" when he feels like it and barely comes into the office. He charges patients he interacts with through phone or zoom as if they were in person to get more money. He does this by changing the codes and submits to insurance. Avoid this doctor's office at all costs."

"customer service not so good! Never check the fax report in time. I have had this incident more than 2 times. Even after 2-3 weeks of sending medical report fax, they don't pay attention to the fax report. we should call and ask them."

"The worst customer service ever. I called this morning to send my report ,a lady said I will send you in your email but no response come in yet . This is one part . One other side I make the appointment with the time they provide me and I visit them but they never take the patient on time . I have to wait more than 3 hrs . This is really disgusting .
