"The cappuccino tasted like burned coffee and it wasn't anywhere near hot. The two donuts tasted really fresh. I just wish one wasn't upside down and smashed. I don't understand why they can't give you one napkin with messy powdered sugar coated cream filled donuts. If your trying to cut expenses I get it but have the decency to offer one please."
"The service is not great, the drive thru line is more important then the people inside seeking service. I waited inside at the register for a long time before someone told me they would be right with me. The service here has been unfriendly or under staffed and the customer pays for it. I walked out and went to the Market Street location got served right away by a pleasant person. I work in Gouverneur and I stop at the Canton location weekly and get great service there as well."
"Horrible experience at this location , I've been harassed for the last 4 weeks because I medically can't wear a mask. I try to go in and out quick, I social distance and place my order online through the app and everyday I'm waiting at least 20 minutes and get harassed by employees for not wearing a mask after I have repeatedly told them I can't and have a medical condition the manager has actually told me I need to show him papers to prove my medical condition which is insanely illegal. This location is constantly slow and has unsatisfactory service compared to any other dunkin I go to"
