"I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. I figured that it's early and they're probably short staffed. So I waited at the speaker for a few minutes. I spoke, no one answered. I drove up to the window. Someone is inside eating. They are 100% open. Nobody took my orde or communicated with me at all. I drove across the road to McDonald's. I was really hoping for BK. This also made me late for work. Very disappointing"
