"My husband and I could not recommend the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel more for a wedding! We had ours there in July 2023, and everyone on staff was a dream to work with. Lynn, Shannon, and the rest of the team were extremely attentive and knowledgeable to all our needs and questions. All of our guests were blown away by the beauty of the location and had rave reviews for the food! The rooms were also beautiful, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly to all of our out-of-town guests. The Harbor Hotel allowed us to have a destination style wedding, but still in the Northeast where most of our family and friends are located. We absolutely loved our experience and can't wait to come back to celebrate our marriage in the future!"

"It's a beautiful location. So close to everything and overlooking Lake Ontario. Just lovely -- The Fire & Ice event was so much fun and for a great cause. -- The entire front desk staff & manager working the Fire & Ice event on Friday, February 2nd. -- The ladies at the front desk were amazing. It was a busy time and they still were able to work out an issue for me to make my stay so much less stressful. They were so friendly and understanding. -- I forgot my ID. The event we were there to attend required that I show it multiple times. The front desk staff, including the manager, helped to get my wrist band ahead of time. I was also given the manager's card with a statement on the back that indicated I was cleared to enter the event without showing an ID. -- The manager on duty went above and beyond for me to make sure I was able to enjoy my night."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable! -- A staff person even initiated conversation on the elevator. Such care and concern! -- I left items in the refrigerator that I wish I had remembered!!! -- I am in love with this bathroooooom!!!!! -- Although the room was very elegant and beautiful there was a significant amount of echo inside and outside of the room. I suspect it's because the floors are not carpeted."

"Great hotel, location and staff. -- Yes. We were there again this year for your new years Disco party. Last year there was a band who were excellent and really propelled the whole experience. This year I didn't realize there was only a DJ (this is on me) There were 12 of us again and all agreed that the entrainment or DJ was a real let down to this years experience. Quite honestly we were really disappointed in the DJ's selection of music as it wasn't really disco themed. It felt like we were at a wedding with a disco song here and there. We will have to pay attention to next years entertainment as it may be the difference in whether we attend for a 3rd year in a row. Too bad really because everything else was excellent. -- I'm not sure of the young mans name but he was at the prime rib carving station for the dinner and then was the omelette cook for breakfast. he was exceptional in both service venues. But I would like to point out that every staff member we encountered was kind, courteous and very helpful. Truly nice to see the level of hospitality at your hotel. -- Excellent staff! -- Water was cold then hot then back to cold, inconsistent temperatures for the first few minutes. Fine after that. -- Room was neat and clean. The turn down service was a nice touch! -- Again, all excellent! -- Walked into the the bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender."
