"first time there since it became a furniture store. they have a large selection to choose from. the prices are great, you don't have to break the bank to get something nice. this used to be my armory when I was in the national guard..16yrs. it was a treat to see new life in an amazing building."
"We purchased our couch and picked it up ourselves. Once in the house we removed the foam wrap and plastic. We found a rip in the fabric. I called the store right away and was told customer service would call us the next day. The only option we were given was to return it ourselves or pay $100 to have them pick it up to see if it could be fixed. No actual customer service. This after we waited two weeks longer for arrival. Very disappointing and now after paying $1200 for a couch we have to figure out how to fix it because we are unable to bring it back and the $100 is too much. I feel that this should be communicated when you decide to pick it up yourself. Nothing was mentioned that you had to just live with the damage to your couch."
"Would not recommend purchasing the insurance at all! After 13 months recliner broke and could not get it covered. After filling out paperwork online called weekly. Told me they were behind and could not take calls because they have to catch up. Then said I didn't have it all done in 30 days so not covered!! Now I have a broken recliner on my coach. Horrible horrible experience. Feel they make it impossible to make a claim."
"I wish I could give them 6 stars. From the non-pushy salesman who didn't try to oversell us, to beating the estimated shipping date, to the on time and professional delivery guys. Well done. Oh and their showroom is beautiful and huge! I highly recommend"
"Long story short...Ridge Home Furnishing ordered the sofa & loveseat I found at a competitor and it was cheaper!! It came in when they said. Greg at the warehouse was great! We love our new furniture. I would highly recommend! Staff is friendly and not pushy."
