"Poor customer service. I wanted to by local, but no one offered me help when I went in. After a while of two men staring at me, I was asked if i had any questions. I mentioned wanting home theater recliner and it was like pulling teeth to get them to answer anything. If they had bothered to try to help me, I would have special ordered something."
