"Came into an open business during stated hours (they would be open for another hour). Owner took one look at me and I was immediately escorted out. Was told the store is closing “early” and to return during business hours on other days. Wouldn’t even allow me to speak or ask what I was interested in. I understand private businesses can augment their hours as they please but if they are leaving early, why not just close and lock the doors? Why not engage a customer even if they are closing early- hand out a card or brochure or even attempt to explain the lack of customer service? When I left, he saw me enter my luxury car and appeared shocked. Made a gesture to speak at that point. Clearly appearance of affluence talks. He wasn’t interested in a potential customer because he judged my value because of the way I looked - until he saw the kind of car I was driving. (I was dressed neatly in regular clothes). I will not be returning to this store."
"This establishment has been in business a century. Large selection of quality furniture. Still family owned. We found what my daughter was looking for. Chair was delivered with care today. Super nice delivery men. It was a pleasure doing business here."
"I loved shopping there! Jim showed me around and explained everything, but I never felt pressured. He quietly tidied fabric samples while I looked around and sat on all the couches. They had a great selection with so many different styles and sizes. Our couches are beautiful and so comfortable. I am very happy with our purchase and I will definitely shop there again!"
