Dr. Molly Zittel, DO

"I went to Dr.Zittel for 8 years, so I can confidently say she is the worst doctor I’ve ever had. The only reason I stayed so long was because there was never a wait to get in if I needed to (that should’ve been a sign). She does not listen to anything you say, and blames every problem you present her with to being overweight. Considering the fact she spends the entire appointment typing on her laptop, it would consistently blow my mind how little she actually knew about me. She had no idea what medications I was taking even though she prescribed them to me, she had no idea I had a child over a year ago even though she saw me while I was pregnant, and she had no idea about my back problems that I had seen her about several times since 2020. I understand some people like her “straight forward” approach to bedside manner, but there’s a different between being honest, and just plain rude. This woman gives off a miserable vibe that makes you uncomfortable the entire appointment. I’m not entirely sure why she chose to be a doctor."

"I have found Dr. Zittel to be an excellent and caring physician. I think the reason for the negative reviews is that the Doctor does not mince words. She tells it like it is, and many people do not like to hear the truth. I have been going to her for many years. Dr. Zittel has always been there for me and my wife when we needed her..."

"Dr. Zittel helped kill My Friend by doing nothing! She ignored her patients complaints about upper back pain, 24 visits per year for over 9 years. She said it was her lower back from working & promoted her ability to do back adjustments instead (at $70 a pop, of course) Also, the Dr was late, a few times, because she was at the golf course. When were late she left us sit in waiting room way too long. Had to argue with Dr to get a CT of the brain & not the lower back as friend was paralyzed. Found tumor in Brain. Also, she had balance problems & went to ER. Dr did NO follow-up. Said Friend suffered through 4 agonizing years of Chemo... She is Dead now. Don't let this Dr Zittel work on anyone you Love! Go anywhere but here."

"A health care provider should certainly listen the patient’s recent medical history before telling them they’re a lazy person that needs to lose weight. When they are in the medical field and actively working towards getting better with a specialist, no judgment should be passed. The mean words you chose to spew gave the impression of an insensitive person who has no desire to actually help anyone. Not sure why you got into the field in the first place but your practice seems to be failing a lot of people. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere."
