"If I could give a negative review I would. Very unprofessional. Took 3 days to fill a prescription that was called in. Had to wait at the pharmacy over 45 minutes. Charged the wrong insurance. Had to re send it. No customer service skills and fully incompetent employees. Not to mention this is vital medication I need to take daily that they decided to screw around with. Please get competent employees who know how to do their jobs. I will 100% be switching pharmacies."

"That’s it CVS of Levittown, we are done with you and your poorly run pharmacy. “ I got a phone call “Your prescription is ready for pick up.” Wait 10-15 minutes in line just to tell me we don’t have it. This is after my wife was told to comeback after Wednesday when they would be in stock. Not to mention your prices are insane!!! Everyone get the app Good RX and put this CVS out of business. Thank God no more 18’ foot receipt. CVS Can’t Verify $hit!"

"The cashier was very, very rude. I wanted to go to the self-checkout and she wouldn't let me. She goes on and on about carepass. I've told her three times Thank you, I don't need it, I just wanted to check out, and she stared at me with horrible eyes and wouldn't give me what I wanted. Horrible, horrible experience. Worst CVS ever."

"Worst pharmacy service in the 30 years I have been using CVS. The not too long ago when John Sanchez was the pharmacist, service was great. It has been going down hill ever since. Constant turnover of service people. Courtesy a thing of the past. Just plain terrible. Tonight's experience...waiting on line at the drive up. Car in front of me taking a long time. As I pullup for my turn, window is shutdown in my face. Run inside, pharmacist yells, "closed, we can be here all night". Just plain rude."

"Friendly,accurate, quick pharmacy, easy vaccine appointments. Past issues w optics glasses department, but as my salesman warned: their lab doesn't care about glasses purchased outside of store. Sure enough, my spare pair of glasses I got new pricey lenses for aren't useable on a regular basis. A year later I'm trying to wear them instead of last years, and they're clearly poorly designed and made. The focus point is at the very top at or even above the rim. Ultrathin up there then super thick all the way down completely unlike the other pair ingot. Below that it's blurry and colorful. I should have listened to Victor and Kevin who told me their lab doesn't care about outside lenses, to the point where they actively told me not to get the lenses here. This isn't a "getting your eyes used to it" case like the salesppl told me at the time. These are practically broken lenses that also look as thick as the frameless even though they're supposed to be ultra-thin. Next time I'm going to a real eyeglass place for lenses."
