"This pharmacy consistently does an absolutely terrible job of doing their job. They never have prescriptions ready, everyone working clearly doesn’t want to work there, and no one is trained is basic efficiency and/or empathy. In such a popular EV location you’d think they’d want to maintain a better standard? Every single month they make an error with my medication, account, or just will never have pills ready."

"I got incompetent service at the pharmacy at this location. First, they short changed me pills in a 90 day script; I was out after ~60 days; had to pay for extra 30 days out of pocked because my insurance thought I got 90 day (as did I)... second, they did not call or text me when I get a refill... third, even though my doctor sent them refill orders, I would sometimes have to go there or call them to tell them to refill... totally incompetent... I changed pharmacies... the store is terrible too... long lines, high prices..."

"This pharmacy is ran by pure 2nd grade reading level lower forms of humans! They all need to be fired!!! I called the potheads 5 times! They denied having my prescription. When I got there it was in the draw. And the manager -who was obviously high -acted as if he was oblivious!! All of them are as smart as rocks."

"They have a broad selection, but every time I send a prescription with them they never have it, even hours after. They always hit you with the “come back in 15-20” minutes. So it feels like you have to go twice with every single time you get a prescription. It’s seriously annoying. It’s great for picking stuff up off the shelf, but I wouldn’t recommend them for prescription services."

"51 Astor Place Manhattan, NY 10003 STORE #10828 I was accompanying my friend to get items for his upcoming trip. I noticed that while we were walking around, the operational manager Isaac and store workers were following us. I didn’t pay much attention to it at first until they kept asking us for help every 5 minutes. We were in CVS for about 30 minutes. My friend was taking his time and I wasn’t looking for anything but, decided to buy a water. I remember I asked Isaac, if he could show my friend where the dramamine was located. He said he’s getting Stan, another worked to assist. After I purchased my water, I noticed the police came into the store. The officers told me that an employee claimed they saw me place something in my tote bag. I emptied the entire bag, in front of the operational manager and officers. Nothing was in the bag. The manager proceeded to lie and claim I had shop lifted there before. I don’t live in New York City. With no proof on that baseless claim. Knowing CVS has surveillance, would it be best to review the cameras before emptying a personal bag. If a person was a previous shop lifter, how come CVS doesn’t take surveillance screenshots of these shop lifters for proof. Unsubstantiated allegations are dangerous. People have lost their lives over alleged/ mistaken claims. It’s extremely, tone deaf in this current climate.The operational manager Issac may need to be removed from this CVS location. He has shown unethical behavior in regards to this incident. I noticed even though there are Black staff workers there, it appeared that CVS employees at this location were paying close attention to my friend and I. My friend is White and I’m Black. Maybe Issac should be removed from this location and moved into a high thief CVS store instead. Since he is so keen on thief prevention. He’s talents would be better suited there. All lives matter, equal and fair treatment must be given to all who visit CVS. I know CVS doesn’t need to waste their time with employees who are problematic. CVS has the means to hire another well suited operational manager if need be. (The woman on the right is the one that claimed I put something in my bag. She could have easily reviewed the surveillance before calling the police. Saving time and energy.)"
