"Cameron from Edible Arrangements called me to ask if I wanted to repeat my order from the previous year for my father's birthday. I accepted the offer, and then it was not delivered to him on his birthday. I called asking for it to be cancelled and refunded and instead of taking responsibility, the blame was placed on myself, the customer. I have worked in retail management and understand the principle "the customer is always right." I was refused a refund or a discount, even though the product did not get delivered on my dad's birthday. Please do not solicit sales and then not deliver on your end. I will not be purchasing again."

"Great customer service. The basket I ordered was coupled with a mug. This store didn’t have the mug at that time, so they called me and offered options on how can they accommodate the order. Store kept me updated with the delivery time and replied promptly to my questions. Will do business with them again."

"Just had the most AMAZING experience! I ordered a beautiful 'Get Well' arrangement for my family. Not only was the ordering as easy as pie (LOL), but it was a delightful experience getting the help on the phone that I wanted -- to make sure I also ordered chocolate-dipped fruit, a floral arrangement and a balloon! I was notified as soon as the delivery was made so I could be assured it had arrived safely. :-) Not only that but extra flowers were added. Such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture! Just a great experience all around. I'll definitely order from this shop again!"
