"Wonderful little shop. They have brought healthy, organic food to the river, which is not available at any of the corporate grocery stores in the area. Grab and go sandwiches, salads, soups, drinks and wraps are fantastic and have unique flavors. Local produce. I hope that more people discover this little gem!"

"I absolutely love this store! They carry my favorite brands and there’s always delicious and fresh lunch or dinner foods pre-made and ready to take (on-site made/hot vegan soup, gourmet sandwiches, seasonal fruit, etc.) We are so, so lucky to have this in our little town! It’s better than most health food stores I’ve been to that tend to over-focus in some areas and neglect to provide items in others. So much fruit, veggies, organic items, specialty cheeses, meats… plenty of variety for the plant-based eater, omnivore or carnivore. They also have sustainable/clean household items that I love to bring home. The owner is local and it shows; only somebody that truly cares about their neighborhood and the people that live here (and the planet, for that matter..) would offer this to us. Definitely worth your time!"

"What a treasure! This should be your first stop for organic products, produce, and more. Neat, clean, and lots of great things to try. Speaking as a tourist, this is exactly what the Thousand Islands region was missing. Can't wait to shop here again!"
