"After buying a cabin in the area last year Whites has become our goto hardware, lumber, home improvement store. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. Great selection or everything you need for home repair and improvement. Easy pickup and service with the drive through lumber building."

"8/28/19 1:15 PM: I walked around the entire store twice without seeing an employee. When one finally appears with a Bluetooth in her ear, she ignores me (standing at the counter and addressing her) and starts talking about her car keys t(the Bluetooth I assume). I walk away disgusted. Then a second employee appears and I turn back and to ask if anyone is working today. He rudely snaps back at me "I asked you what you want"! After an unpleasant and awkward transaction, I go to the warehouse for my lumber, and SURPRISE... nobody is there. Often, I've had to search for the employees and pressure them to help. The three star is only because I usually get what I need and occasionally get good service. But, it's pretty common to have to search for employees."
